CHAPMAN & CO acted as the main subcontractor on the redevelopment of an existing building into 15 residential apartments with ground floor commercial space.

Our scope covered the majority of the works, including structural alterations, partial demolition, formation of new rear extensions and construction of an additional storey at roof level. We also delivered façade restoration, internal fit-out across all residential units and commercial areas, and upgrades to external amenity space and cycle storage.

This project required coordinated delivery across multiple trades within a live urban environment, maintaining programme control and consistent quality throughout.
